To avoid GST payment, the recommended process involves setting up a lease under a different entity than the one used for purchasing.
Typically, you'll have 7-10 days to review and sign the contract.
The project is in its final stages of obtaining CC (Operational works) and is expected in May. Once secured, the project will proceed to tender, and a builder will be contracted for development.
The fit-out details are outlined as per the schedule of finishes.
Details regarding Body Corporate fees and other outgoings will be provided at the time of contract finalization, which is expected to be ready next month.
Signage restrictions are in accordance with the specifications detailed for each unit and main tenant signage.
